Swaap is an automated market making protocol, built on the blockchain.

It provides passive, market-neutral yield strategies to any type of investors by leveraging on-chain data and quantitative methods.

We believe that Decentralized Finance is going to gradually overtake the financial system.

The team has a strong academic background and has teamed-up with world class researchers in market making — Olivier Guéant, Philippe Bergault and Louis Bertucci.

Our v2 is live on Arbitrum, Polygon and Ethereum. It displays impressive performance (e.g., ~10% net yield on ETH-USDC on Arbitrum) and growth (~20% weekly trading volume growth).

Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to Swaap’s backend efforts and help us building the #1 yield product.

Missions

• Craft and maintain backend services that interact with the decentralized finance ecosystem
• Collaborate with the research team on optimization problems
• Write high quality, scalable, well-tested systems, and review code from other team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience across Golang, Rust, or similar
• Designed, built, and maintained production systems with strong latency constraints

Nice to Have

• Advanced understanding of Ethereum-like blockchains (EVM, Node RPC API, state-machine, ABI encoding, callstack traces reading, network propagation, mempool)
